How Providers Are Matched
You tell us about your project and your area. We pass it to a provider in our network that serves your town. The provider then contacts you to talk details. Availability varies, so ask the provider what their schedule looks like.
What We Ask of Providers
We ask providers in our network to do a few basic things:
- Explain the scope of work in plain words.
- Give a written quote before work starts.
- Treat your home with care.
- Answer your questions honestly.
Where You Can Pitch In
You can do a lot before anyone visits. Measure the tub, the doorway and the wall space. Snap photos. Jot down who will use the bath and what is hard now. Keep any past repair records handy. Then hand off the heavy parts: plumbing, floors, drains and install.
What We Do Not Do
We do not install, repair or remove anything. We do not set prices. We do not promise what a provider will charge or how fast they can start. Those details come from the provider in a written quote.
How We Are Paid
Providers in our network may pay a referral fee when a homeowner project comes through this site. You do not pay us to be connected. Your agreement is always with the provider.
