How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
People who contact Kongvalue Walk-In Tubs should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, we want to hear it. This page shows how to raise a concern and what follows. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or messaged Kongvalue Walk-In Tubs
- How we handled your personal information
- Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
- The behavior of an installer we connected you with
If the Issue Is With an Installer
Installers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, it usually helps to take it to the installer first and keep a written record.
Still, tell us too. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and installers who keep falling short may be removed. Please know that Kongvalue Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund an installer's work or act on an installer's behalf.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@kongvalue.homes and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the installer
- The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
- The installer's name, if you have it
- What happened and what outcome you want from us
After You Write
We will email to confirm we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. We then look into it, which may involve contacting the installer. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Unhappy?
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to take another look. Your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau may also be able to help. For licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be another place to turn.
