Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Kongvalue Walk-In Tubs wants kongvalue.homes to work for everyone, including older visitors and people with disabilities. This statement shares how we think about it. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What We Are Aiming For
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this site. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
Steps We Take
Our efforts include:
- Clear headings and a sensible reading order
- Text descriptions for images that carry meaning
- Readable text size and strong color contrast
- Pages that work with a keyboard alone
- Layouts that read well on phones, tablets and computers
- Plain, simple wording
- Short forms with clearly labeled fields
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may still miss these guidelines. Embedded tools and other third-party content can sit partly outside our control. We check the site on a regular basis and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If something on the site is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with an installer, or email contact@kongvalue.homes and we will do our part to assist. A family member or caregiver is welcome to reach out for you.
Tell Us What Went Wrong
If a page gave you trouble, we want to know. Email contact@kongvalue.homes and share:
- The page or feature that caused the problem
- What happened and what you hoped to see
- Your browser, device and any assistive software, if you can tell us
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Work That Keeps Going
Accessibility is never done. As we update the site, we will keep making it easier to use.
Request a callback
Request a callback to check provider availability, or send a request through the form. Share a few photos and measurements and we will point you to a local provider.
