How Our Network Works
Who You Talk To
Kongvalue Walk-In Tubs does not have a crew or a staff of installers. When you reach out, you are routed to an independent local provider in our network. That provider is a separate business. They visit, measure, quote and do the work.
What the Provider May Ask You
Expect a few friendly questions. Having answers ready makes it quick.
- What type of tub or shower do you have now?
- How big is the bathroom?
- Who will use the new setup, and what mobility needs matter?
- Do you have photos or measurements?
- Is there any known water damage or soft flooring?
Questions Worth Asking a Provider
Jot these down before the visit:
- What is included in the written quote?
- What could change the price once work starts?
- Who handles permits, if any are needed?
- How long does a project like mine usually take?
- What happens to the old tub?
- What warranty comes from the product, and what comes from the installer?
Ask to see it all on paper. A clear quote helps you compare providers fairly.
Paperwork Worth Keeping
Save your photos, notes, quotes and receipts in one folder. If a medical professional recommended the change, keep that note too. Records help with comparing bids, and they may help if you talk with your insurer. Some policies may cover certain sudden damage, so check your policy.
You Stay in Charge
Talking to a provider is not a promise. You can ask questions, get more than one quote and take your time. Say no if it does not feel right.
Ready to Talk to a Provider?
Measure twice, ask once. Then reach out.
Request a callback
Request a callback to check provider availability, or send a request through the form. Share a few photos and measurements and we will point you to a local provider.
